Setting up the school computer labs

The first 18 labs were installed under the Odysseas Project, starting in the spring of 1997. The Mnistires Project for setting up school computer labs was launched in August 1999, and it had outfitted 385 school computer labs with modern computer and network technology equipment.

Each computer lab has 8-12 computers, depending on the size of the class. There is one computer for every 2 or 3 students who work together, plus one for the teacher.

All these school computer labs have Internet access and can be interconnected.
