Brief outline of the project

Project E42 is a particularly important facet of the overall endeavor to inspire in teachers a positive attitude towards the use of the new technologies, while at the same time educating teachers to become competent users of these technologies. The proposed training programmes are addressed to teachers of all school subjects, not only computer science. The special one-year post-graduate training programmes carried out in

the modern Instructor Training Units at the Universities of Athens, Thessaloniki and Macedonia had trained a nucleus of 125 selected teacher/educators who provide in-school training for their approximately 5500 colleagues in the Odysseia schools.
